Meet Reverend Debra Falco
A calm, caring presence for the moments that matter.
I am Debra Falco, an ordained minister and legal Ontario officiant. Since 2016, I have helped couples and families create heartfelt ceremonies that honour their personalities, values, traditions, and stories.
My role is to listen first, offer guidance and resources, and make the process feel clear. I leave room around every booking so your ceremony never feels rushed or overbooked.

We meet by phone, Zoom, or in person for under an hour so you can ask questions and see if I am the right fit.

I share vows, readings, exchanges, and ceremonial ideas. Together we shape a script that sounds like the two of you.

About a week before the event, we review the flow from the entrance through the final words and make finishing touches.

I arrive early, coordinate with your team, lead the ceremony, and complete the Ontario marriage registration afterward.

Planning the legal details
Your Ontario marriage licence, made simple.
You will need a valid Ontario marriage licence and two witnesses for a legal wedding ceremony. Bring the licence on your wedding day; after everyone signs, Debra takes care of submitting the completed paperwork.
- Apply through an Ontario municipality within three months of the ceremony.
- Check your municipality’s current identification and fee requirements.
- Bring the original licence to the ceremony. Do not forget it.
Requirements and fees can change. Always confirm the current details with the municipality issuing your licence.
